How to Brush Teeth

1. Place bristles along the gumline.. Bristles should contact
   both the tooth surface and the gumline.
   
2. Brush 2-3 teeth at a time. Count to at least 10 in each area.
   Move brush up, down and in circles. Around your mouth until
   all of the outsides of the teeth are brushed.
   
3. Keep the bristles on the teeth and along the gumline. Brush
   all of the insides of your teeth. . Brush 2-3 teeth at a time,
   counting to at least 10 in each area.
   
4. Tilt brush up behind the front teeth. Brush up & down strokes
   using half of the bristles on the brush.
   
5. Brush the tops of the back teeth. Use a scrubbing motion.
   
6. Brush the top of your tongue.
   
7. Then Rinse.
