How
to Brush Teeth
- Place
bristles along the gumline.. Bristles should contact
both the tooth surface and the gumline.
- Brush
2-3 teeth at a time. Count to at least 10 in each area.
Move brush up, down and in circles. Around your mouth
until
all of the outsides of the teeth are brushed.
- Keep
the bristles on the teeth and along the gumline. Brush
all of the insides of your teeth. . Brush 2-3 teeth at
a time,
counting to at least 10 in each area.
- Tilt
brush up behind the front teeth. Brush up & down strokes
using half of the bristles on the brush.
- Brush
the tops of the back teeth. Use a scrubbing motion.
- Brush
the top of your tongue.
- Then
Rinse.
